Getting Started!
Tips for Your First Class:
To get maximum benefits, practice at least 10 times during your first 30 days.
- Arrive 10-15 minutes before class start time to sign in.
- Where comfortable workout clothing. No sweats, you're going to sweat!
- Hydrate yourself well before class.
- Allow yourself 2 hours after your last meal before class.
- Bring a mat, a towel and a bottle of water.
- We offer a complimentary mat & towel your first visit and offer offer these items for rent.
. Practice with care and consideration towards yourself.
- It takes about 3 classes to acclimate to working out in a heated environment.
- Please minimize conversations in the yoga room.
- No electronics in the yoga room.
- Bring a friend and have fun!
